For now though, it just comes across as 'fitting into the narrative' song. The song is not bad but one just wishes that overall as a composition it was a lot more consistent and seamless. This isn't all as Kumaar integrates Hindi and English lyrics into this song which has 'bhaang' joining revelries with 'nasha' and 'ghoont' making a mandatory appearance. Jeet Gannguli continues to do well in the album while bringing the title song 'Tu Junooniyat' next. Very well written, excellently composed and wonderfully sung by Armaan Malik, this one is also picturised beautifully and is deserving to be played on a repeat mode. What could have been avoided? Well, yet another mention of 'daaru' and 'club' via rap portions by Meet Bros. The song manages to establish an instant connect yet again and new lyrics by Kumaar fit in well too, hence resulting in a definite chartbuster which has Meet Bros Anjjan coming together as composers. What really works is the seamless integration that takes place immediately with 'Nachange Saari Raat' that has Neeraj Sridhar taking charge.

Stereo Nation's 'Nachange Saari Raat' is brought into a new avtar with Tulsi Kumar kick-starting the proceedings in her naughty avtar. Now that the same team is back with Vivek Agnihotri as the director, in Junooniyat, expectations are quite high as you look forward to a melodic soundtrack. The film's music turned out to be an instant chartbuster and is played even till date. Junooniyat Review & Review RatingĮarlier this year when Pulkit Samrat and Yami Gautam came together in a T-Series film, the result was Sanam Re.
